U8 & U10 Indoor
UPRISE Field Hockey Club will run an
Under 8 and Under 10 indoor division during the 2026-2007 Indoor Season.
Our Under 8 and Under 10 participants will practice every Sunday from November 15 - February 21 (no practice on 11/29, 12/27, and 1/24) from 9-11 am at Berin Community Center in Berlin, NJ.
Participation in the winter indoor training will cost $435 per player.
In addition to the indoor field hockey training, there will be three optional tournaments. The optional tournaments will take place on Saturday, January 9, 23, and February 20. All tournaments are in PA approximately 50-60 minutes away. Participation in tournaments will be an additional $110 per tournament and will be offered to athletes based on their interest and performance at practices. The registration link will allow participants to select the indoor tournaments they would like to participate in, pending their selected to participate.
Players eligible for the Under 8/10 division must have been born after July 31, 2016.
To participate, all members must be USFHA members for insurance purposes.
If you are not a member, please go to usafieldhockey.com and become a member. When you complete the USFHA membership information, please select UPRISE FHC as your affiliated club.
All Under 8 and Under 10 participating players must have shin guards, a mouthguard, a glove (left hand) or gloves, and an indoor field hockey stick for all practices.

When making a payment through Venmo to @DHeilig,
please include your daughter's name in the 'reason for payment' section.

Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
