Rules of the Game
At UPRISE Field Hockey Club, we believe it is important to be completely informed about the rules of the game. Each year the FIH (International Hockey Federation) provides an updated rulebook for each type of field hockey game. Please take some time to read the new rulebooks to educate yourself on our sport. If you have any questions, feel free to contact your coach.
