U-10 PROGRAM
UPRISE Under 10 Indoor Division!
We are excited to announce that UPRISE Field Hockey Club will be continuing an Under 10 division for the 2024-2025 Indoor Season
Our Under 10 participants will practice every Sunday beginning December 8 - February 9 (no practice 12/29 and 1/26) from 9:00-10:30 am at
Berlin Community Center in Berlin, NJ.
Participation in the winter indoor training will cost $395 per player.
In addition to the indoor field hockey training, there will be two optional tournaments.
The optional tournaments are on Saturday, January 11, and Saturday, February 1, at United Sports Training Center in Downingtown, PA.
Participation in tournaments will be an additional $95 per tournament and will be offered to athletes based on their interest and performance at practices. The registration link will provide participants with the option to select participation in the indoor tournaments pending they're selected to participate.
Players eligible for the Under 10 division must have been born after July 31, 2014. In order to participate, all players must be USFHA members. If you are not a member, please go to usafieldhockey.com and become a member. When you complete the USFHA membership information, please select UPRISE FHC as your affiliated club.
All Under 10 participating players must have shin guards, a mouthguard, a glove (left hand) or gloves, and an indoor field hockey stick for all practices.

Payments can be made through Venmo or personal checks
. When making a payment through Venmo to @DHeilig, please put your daughter's name in the reason for payment section.
If paying by check, please make the check payable to Danyle Heilig and mail the payment to Danyle Heilig 505 Sentinel Rd Moorestown, NJ 08057.
Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
