  We were recently ranked #15 for U-16, #25 for U-19 and #38 for U-14 by the USA Field Hockey Association.

U10 SPRING DIVISION

We are excited to announce that UPRISE Field Hockey Club will run an Under 10 division for the 2025 Spring Season.  

Our Under 10 participants will practice every Friday beginning April 11- June 6 (no training on Friday, May 23) from 6-8 pm at Eastern High School in Voorhees, NJ. 

Participation in the spring training will cost $375 per player.  

In addition to the outdoor spring training, there will be two optional tournaments: 

The Under 10's can participate in The May Day Tournament at USTC on May 3 and

The Total Dutch Tournament on May 10. 

Participation in tournaments will be an additional cost of $120 per tournament and will be offered to athletes based on their interest and performance at practices.  

Players eligible for the Under 10 division must have been born after July 31, 2014.  To participate, all members must be USFHA members for insurance purposes.  If you are not a member, please go to usafieldhockey.com and become a member. When you complete the USFHA membership information, please select UPRISE FHC as your affiliated club. 

Under 10 players must have shinguards, a mouthguard, and a field hockey stick for all practices.
